Join ACE Group Fitness Certified Instructor Melanie Jordan for Zumba Gold®.  It's the Zumba Fitness program for active seniors that's everything a traditional Zumba class is--an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party--but in this class we take it just a little easier and we also work on posture and balance.  If you love to move to upbeat, fun music, this class is for you! Join us for fun, fitness, excitement and friendly camaraderie!
