Yo-Chi® is a mindful, barefoot fusion program that celebrates the stability of yoga and the mobility of T’ai Chi in both standing and floorbased movements. The combination of movements challenge the entire body, giving a total-body workout by the time the class is over. While Yo-Chi® is perfect for beginners, experienced exercisers will benefit as well. No previous experience with yoga or T’ai Chi is necessary. This fusion program provides stability, strength, mobility, and flexibility as we combine the two oldest mind body programs that still exist today. Bring a mat and a water bottle.

Yo-Chi® is a Silver Sneakers Flex program and free to Silver Sneakers Participants with valid Membership card.
