Insurance & Waivers

INSURANCE:
The York Center Park District does not provide medical insurance coverage for those participating in recreation programs or while using park facilities.
Such insurance would make programs and user fees prohibitive.

WAIVERS:
York Center Park District does not accept liability for participants injured in a Park District program.
Participants must furnish their own medical and accident insurance.
All participants must sign the multiple waiver and release form.
